DELIVERY AND RETURN INFORMATION


1. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Place your order by 3:00 PM Monday - Friday, and we will prepare your system for next working day delivery.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or public holidays.

  • Dreen Technologies reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary and a refund will be initiated.


2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International Shipment: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rate and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

  • Cost of Shipping: Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and order size.

  • Shipment Details: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing all shipping information including your tracking number once your order is processed. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Shipment Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


3. Returns and Refunds

  • 30-Day Refund Policy: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if customer is not satisfied.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping cost is non refundable. If you have received free shipping the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dreentech.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.


4. Limitation of Liability

  • Dreen Technologies is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
